Companies represent the clients of the security agency who is the main user of the application. Companies allow the users to manage the sites and devices that apply to one company.
Creating a Company
- To create a company, navigate to Management > Companies.
- Once here in the top right corner you will see a blue button to add a company.
- Upon clicking the button, a form will appear on screen, on this form you can name the company, add an address, and a primary contact.
- Once this form is completed click the save button to confirm the created company.
Editing a Company
- To edit a company, navigate to Management > Companies.
- Once here to the right of the company you will see an actions button, once clicked a drop-down menu will appear, click view.
- On the next page there will be three tabs, Company, Sites, and Devices. To the top right of the company tab there will be an action button, once clicked a drop-down menu will appear, click edit.
- A form should then open, here you can change any of the details that you need for the company
- Once the editing has been completed press the save button to confirm the changes.
Deleting a Company
- To delete a company, navigate to Management > Companies.
- When here find the company that you want to delete, to the right of the company you will see an actions button, press this
- When the drop-down appears press the delete button
- Once pressed you will be asked to confirm the deletion of the company, press yes to proceed.
