The personnel section is for the guards and other workers that will be on the sites with a device using BlueSky.

Creating Personnel

  • To create Personnel, navigate to Management > Personnel.
  • When here in the top right corner of the page there will be a blue add button, click this.
  • Once the form appears on screen the details of the Personnel can be filled in
    • For any Personnel to access the BlueSky Mobile App on a device they will need a PIN that will be set in this form, this will be used by the guard or onsite worker to log into the BlueSky Mobile App
  • When completed press save at the bottom of the form.

Editing Personnel

  • To edit Personnel, navigate to Management > Personnel.
  • Once here you will see a list of all the personnel on your system.
  • Find the personnel that is going to be edited, to the right of the personnel you will see an actions button, click this.
  • On the drop-down menu that appears click View.
  • When this page opens there will be a tab, Person, to the top right corner of the tab there is an actions button, click this.
  • Once the drop-down menu appears click Edit.
  • A form will appear on the screen.
  • In this form you can edit the name of the personnel, E-Mail, Contact Number, PIN, Duress, Notes, Instructions, and which company and site they are assigned to.
  • Once the changes have been made press the save button at the bottom of the form.

Deleting Personnel

  • To delete Personnel, navigate to Management > Personnel.
  • Find the Personnel that needs to be deleted.
  • To the right of the Personnel there will be an actions button, press this.
  • Once the drop-down menu appears press delete
  • You will then be asked if you want to confirm this, if so, press yes
