Launching the Application
To Launch the Blue Sky Trail app find the application located either on the home screen or in the app tray and select it.
Checking the Server Configuration
To check the Device Server Configuration, press the settings cog in the top right hand corner of the log in screen, in the settings menu there will be a text box titled API URL, in this box should be the following: https://live.blueskytrail.co.uk
If this is entered in the API URL box upon pressing the Ping button a message saying Connection successfully established should appear below the API URL box. If typed incorrectly the message will appear saying Unable to connect to server.
Checking the Device is Registered
To check if a device is registered on the system, on the live portal navigate to Administration > Devices. Once here you will need to confirm that the Device ID found on the Blue Sky Trail app matches up to a device entry on the devices list.
