Viewing An Occurrence

• To view an Occurrence, navigate to Monitoring > Occurrences.
• Once here you will see a list of all the different Occurrences that are live.
• Find the Occurrence that you want to view, to the right of the Occurrence you will see an actions button, click this.
• On the drop-down menu that appears click View.
• Once the Pop out window appears there will be tabs to see more information about the Occurrence, the tabs are Details, Device, Personnel, Instructions, Map, and Contacts.
  • Details – The details tab will show you a quick overview of the Occurrence, it will provide you with the time of the occurrence, which type of occurrence, who the controller of the occurrence is, which location the occurrence was logged at, which personnel logged the occurrence, and a notes log.
  • Device – The device tab will show you information about the device that has recorded the occurrence, you can see the device name, the device IMEI, what type of device it is, the phone number, description of the device, and the status.
  • Personnel – The Personnel tab is a way to find who logged the Occurrence, this tab will show you the details of the Personnel so that you can easily identify them.
  • Instructions – The instructions tab will allow you to see the instructions that should be followed in the event of a certain occurrence.
  • Map – The map tab is to show you the exact location of where the occurrence was recorded.
  • Contacts – The contacts tab will provide you with the contacts set up for the site company and tenant.
