Editing A Device
- To edit a device, navigate to Management > Devices.
- Once here you will see a list of all the devices on your system.
- Find the device that is going to be edited, to the right of the device you will see an actions button, click this.
- On the drop-down menu that appears click View.
- When this page opens there will be two tabs, Device and Map, to the top right corner of the Device tab there is an actions button, click this.
- Once the drop-down menu appears click Edit.
- A form will appear on the screen.
- In this form you can edit the name of the device, IMEI, Phone Number, A description, and which company and site it is assigned to.
- Once the changes have been made press the save button at the bottom of the form.
