Taking Control of An Occurrence

- To take control of an Occurrence, Navigate to Monitoring > Occurrences.
- Once here you will see a list of all the different Occurrences that are live.
- Find the Occurrence that you want to take control of, to the right of the Occurrence you will see an actions button, click this.
- On the drop-down menu that appears click Take Control.
